    Would give one if I could! Food was over hours late! Stone cold missing all sauce and had visible mold on it. When I called I was told I wasn’t a priority (even though it was two hours late) and the orders that came in after me will get delivery first.) When the food arriving I called back and told them there was mold, I was called a liar! I offered to let the driver collect this and I offered to send in pictures. Completely understand they were under pressure but the attitude was disgusting! I could not request a refund via just eat as the restaurant had lied and said it was delivered in the time frame! The only good point was they did process the refund when I challenged them about lying regarding delivery!

    I ordered a ferrero rocher milkshake and the wrapper hadnt been removed before putting into the milkshake as can be seen in the photos. This is not the first time i have had issues ordering from here but most definitely will be the last time i order. They have also been reported to Northampton environmental health as looking through other reviews this is completely unacceptable.

    / would not recommend unfortunately.I ordered through Uber eats and when the food arrived, drink and utensils were not included in the initial delivery so had to call to ask this to be sent out.I ordered salt and pepper chips which turned out to just be cold chips with a few fried veg on top, not worth the price.I also ordered the cheesy bacon smash burger which says it comes with x cheese slices but there was barely any in the burger, it looked like barely slice.Also one of the smash patty’s was severely burnt so I had to pull this out. Picture attached.My partner had to just eat his chicken Parma with his hands as utensils still hadn’t been delivered so I called and asked them to cancel the second delivery with the utensils and drink as the meal would of been cold if I had waited for this.Very unfortunate as I was expecting good things from their Instagram and pictures on google and meal came to almost £ via Uber eats!! :(

    Very helpful staff. Accommodated my dietary requirements easily and even brought my food out to the car.We have ordered a delivery too and it was just as good. Very yummy and expertly delivered in a timely manner.We always go here when we’re in the area. Best chicken by far.
